Lords of Incartum

Terms of Service

Last updated:

Please read these terms before creating an account. Lords of Incartum is developed, owned, and operated by Lust Interactive Ltd ("we", "us", and "our"). These terms govern your use of the Lords of Incartum game, website, account services, and official community spaces (the "Service").

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you need a parent or guardian's consent under the laws that apply to you, obtain that consent before creating an account or making a purchase. Follow any age restrictions displayed for the Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

2. Your account

Provide accurate registration information and keep your contact details up to date. Keep your password secure, do not share access to your account, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We will never ask you to disclose your password in a support ticket or community message.

You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Do not sell, buy, rent, or transfer accounts, impersonate another person or staff member, or use another person's account without permission.

3. Fair play

Play fairly and follow the game rules and reasonable staff instructions. You must not:

  • Use bots, cheats, unauthorised automation, modified clients, or other tools that provide an unfair advantage or bypass security controls.
  • Exploit bugs, duplicate items or currency, manipulate rankings, or knowingly benefit from an exploit. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through support.
  • Access accounts, systems, or data without permission; disrupt the Service; or interfere with other players' connections.
  • Sell or exchange accounts, items, currency, or services for real money outside a system expressly authorised by us.
  • Use additional accounts to evade sanctions, circumvent restrictions, or manipulate rewards.

4. Community conduct

Treat players and staff respectfully. Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, scams, spam, and sharing another person's private information without permission are prohibited. Do not post unlawful material, infringe another person's rights, or use character names, guild names, or other content to impersonate, abuse, or deceive.

Conflict within the game does not justify abuse outside its intended mechanics. Report problems through support rather than retaliating or encouraging others to target a player.

5. The game and your licence

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and play the Service for entertainment. This does not transfer ownership of the game, its software, artwork, stories, characters, or other intellectual property. Rights in third-party material remain with their respective owners.

Incartum is a registered trademark. Do not use our names, branding, or content in a way that suggests an unauthorised product or service is official or endorsed by Lust Interactive Ltd. Nothing in these terms restricts uses permitted by applicable law.

6. Content you submit

You retain any rights you hold in original content you submit. You give us permission to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to provide and administer the Service, including operating its community features and handling reports. You must have the rights needed to submit it. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

7. Purchases and virtual items

If paid features are offered, their price, contents, and any specific conditions will be shown before checkout. Make purchases only through an official payment route and only with the payment holder's permission. A payment described as support or a donation does not remove any consumer rights that apply to the transaction.

Virtual currency, items, and benefits are for use within the Service. They are not deposits, investments, or redeemable for cash, except where a refund or another remedy is required by law or expressly offered by us. Purchases do not exempt an account from the rules or guarantee a competitive advantage.

Any cancellation rights and refund arrangements that apply will be explained at checkout. Where the law requires separate consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement of its effect on cancellation rights, agreeing to these terms alone does not provide that consent. Contact support about missing purchases, incorrect charges, or refund requests. Nothing here prevents you from exercising lawful payment-dispute rights.

8. Updates and availability

We may update the game, adjust its balance, fix errors, and carry out maintenance. These changes can affect progression, items, or features. We will take reasonable care when making changes and give advance notice of significant changes or planned interruptions where reasonably practicable.

Uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. If we plan to discontinue the Service or materially change a paid feature, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and honour any remedies required by applicable law. These terms do not permit us to remove paid entitlements arbitrarily.

9. Moderation and account restrictions

We may investigate reports, remove prohibited content, correct progress gained through exploits, or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to address breaches, fraud, security risks, or legal obligations. Our response will take account of the seriousness of the issue and relevant circumstances. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent suspension.

Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason for a restriction and provide an opportunity to ask for review. We may withhold details where disclosure would compromise security, another person's privacy, or a legal obligation. You may request a review through the official support channels. Restrictions do not remove any refund or other rights you have under applicable law.

10. Privacy and security

Our Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how we use personal information, cookies, and technical services. These terms do not constitute consent to unrelated marketing. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@lustinteractive.co.uk.

11. Responsibility and your legal rights

We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for loss or damage that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for failures caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control or for business losses arising from personal use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to digital content, services, cancellations, and refunds, remain unaffected.

12. Changes, disputes, and contact

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, or security needs. We will publish the revised terms with an updated date and give reasonable notice of material changes before they take effect, unless an urgent legal or security reason requires an earlier change. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Where fresh agreement is required, we will request it.

If you wish to stop using the Service, you may stop playing and contact us about closing your account. If you have a complaint, please give us an opportunity to investigate through support. These terms do not restrict your right to use courts or other remedies available under the laws that protect you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible.

For questions about these terms, contact Lust Interactive Ltd through the Lords of Incartum support desk. Account access is required to use the support desk.
